Saturday 25th October, 10.00am – 4pm
River Wolton
How do we creatively care for ourselves and others amidst personal and collective crises? This day will offer a taste of the ways in which cultivating joy supports the capacity to care without getting overwhelmed.
The retreat will be held in an atmosphere of companionable silence, including the breaks. There will be guided practices around 30-40 minutes long, including sitting, walking, and moving meditation, all adaptable to individual physical needs and energy levels. There will be short optional sharing in small groups, and some Dharma reflections and discussion. All are welcome, including those new to meditation and mindfulness.
