Nature meditation retreats are suitable for anyone with basic meditation experience. After a brief orientation around the theme, we will alternate 20-30 minute walking, nature and sitting meditations. The retreat is largely in silence and the session closes by sharing our reflections.
This retreat will take place in a private, eight-acre woodland located near Abbot’s Leigh just outside Bristol. Rain is not a problem as many areas are covered by parachutes. There are compost toilets.
Please bring a vegan dish to share.
