Saturday 10 May 2025 10.00am – 4pm
Join us for a Dharma Inquiry Day to explore how digital technology shapes our attention and impacts on our well-being. Through Dharma wisdom, meditation practice, and guided reflection we will investigate when and how our focus is being hijacked—and, more importantly, how to reclaim it.
This day offers:
* A space for compassionate inquiry free from judgment.
* Practical tools to reset your relationship with technology so that it best serves you.
* Awareness practices to uncover what may drive compulsive tech use.
* A chance to anchor into your deepest intention of how you want to spend this life.
* Support in regaining a sense of autonomy and clarity in your interactions with digital devices.
Together, we will cultivate mindfulness, presence, and freedom in navigating this modern challenge.’
