Freedom of the Heart Unbound with Nathan Glyde
Saturday 17th September 10am-5.00pm
The Buddha taught a path “good in the beginning, in the middle, and in the end”. This statement emphasises how unbound well-being is not left only for completion, and reminds us to find release in every step of the great way.
What might a continuously liberating path look like for us? Could these shoulders relax a little bit more right now; may this heart open in kindness to one more being in this moment; can this mind gather and sustain on just one ‘thing’ for a while? And from this new now, what else can soften, expand, release, unbind…?
Let’s dedicate this day of practice to the art of letting go, letting be, and letting in: opening our hearts and minds to what is here and now, and releasing onwards into something thoroughly unbound.
The retreat is open to all levels of meditational experience.
Nathan Glyde: has been practicing and studying meditation since 1997, and sharing teachings on retreats since 2007. In 2004 he co-founded SanghaSeva whose retreats emphasise wisdom and compassion in ecological and humanitarian service. Nathan’s full teaching schedule is available at DependentOrigination.org
