Nature meditation Sunday 18 February 3-6 pm
In February, the land starts to stir, readying itself for another cycle of growth. It’s a time to appreciate the quiet before the activity of Spring. Come join us round the campfire as we sit silently, grateful for all that nature offers.
Nature meditation retreats are suitable for anyone with basic meditation experience. After a brief orientation around the theme, we sit for about 30-40 minutes before going into personal practice and a guided nature meditation. The session closes by sharing our reflections.
This retreat will take place from 3-6 pm in a private, eight-acre woodland located near Abbot’s Leigh just outside Bristol. Rain is not a problem as many areas are covered by parachutes. There are compost toilets.
To get there, we arrange lift shares or you can cycle or walk. The contribution for woods hire is £7 with full and partial bursaries available. Please ask if needed. To book a place and for further details, contact Lesley at rewildingmeditation@gmail.com.
