Please note our nature meditation afternoons have been cancelled for the foreseeable future. We hope to resume when the current health situation improves.

General information

Come meditate outdoors at the Well Centre for Spirituality at the beautiful 15th century Elsie Briggs House in in Westbury-on-Trym. This is a fantastic opportunity to connect with nature, explore your practice in new surroundings and return to the fray refreshed and restored.
We will be sitting, walking and carrying out nature-based practices such as ‘aimless wandering’ in the Quiet Garden, the adjacent churchyard and nearby orchard. This is a drop-in group, no booking necessary, and open to all, although complete beginners might find it difficult. The session will start with a short orientation, followed by meditation practices and end with a group discussion. We will have a tea and biscuit break. The afternoon will be in silence. If the weather is inclement, we have access to indoor rooms.

Dates and time

All sessions will take place on Saturday afternoons from 2-5pm.
Dates: April 18, 23 May, 27 June, 25 July, 26 Sept and 24 Oct 2020.
