The Kaleidoscope Heart
with Julia Wallond
Saturday 20th November 10.00am-5.00pm
Our heart-mind or ‘Citta’ as it is called in the Buddhist Pali language is the sensitive arena of reaction and response where external conditions meet our personal histories, creating patterns in unique ways for each of us. In the intensity of our times, developing greater freedom in this part of our lives is a powerful way to cultivate flexibility, resilience and joy. This day will explore some ways of skillfully meeting, and relating to, our emotional bodies, supported by nourishing practices including breath awareness and tuning into the natural world around us.

Hello! Meditation has been a central part of my life for over 15 years. Along the way I trained as a Community Dharma Leader with Gaia House, and I am currently part of the Bodhi College teacher training programme.  Bristol Insight is dear to my heart as I was a regular group member for years and a trustee.  I am looking forward to coming back for the daylongs from my new rural home in West Wales.
